Refund policy

Commissions- payments can be refunded prior to the start of original piece if arranged through email or instagram dm only, if i have started to work on the piece 50% of the full price can be returned to the customer.

Pre-made original paintings- they can be refunded fully prior to the organisation of shipment.

Prints- If prior to order fulfilment then full refund can be given, once packaged and shipped the items are subject to evaluation based on condition they return in. Customers must email contact@painternico.com to arrange delivery.
